Re-arming Instructions
You will need to purchase a re-arming kit with a 33g cylinder to re-arm your life jacket.
Warning: This life jacket is inflated by a CO2 gas cylinder. Gas cylinders are dangerous
goods, and they must be kept away from children and not misused.
Warning: Do not expose the CO2 gas cylinder to extreme heat or direct sunlight as it could
cause it to explode.
Warning: Always check the condition of the CO2 gas cylinder and replace it if necessary.

• Unscrew used CO2 cylinder from the operating
mechanism and dispose.
• Unscrew the automatic firing capsule on the
opposite end of the operating mechanism.
• Ensure the operating mechanism is completely
dry.
• Replace the bobbin inside the operating
mechanism (Pic 1).
• Screw the automatic firing capsule back onto the
operating mechanism (Pic 2), ensuring it isn't

cross threaded and hand tighten (Pic 3).
• Screw on a new CO2 cylinder again ensuring it
isn't cross threaded and hand tighten (Pic 4).
• Fit the green clip to the side of the operating
mechanism to complete the re-arming (Pic 5 &
Pic 6).
