Soft-glow LED lights do
not illuminate/not visible.

PROBABLE CAUSE
• Pull filter up for first use. See How to Use Your Air Purifier.
• Increase fan speed setting.
• Be sure filter is firmly secured to the base of the unit. See How to Use Your Air Purifier.
• Check filter for tears and/or holes.
• Ensure unit is plugged into electrical outlet.
• Ensure Power Button has been pushed.
• Ensure Light Button has been pushed.
• Dim room lights. Soft-glow LED lights are meant for effect and will only be visible in low-light
conditions. If filter is excessively dirty, the visibility of the soft-glow LED lights will be affected.
Replace filter.
