COMMON PROBLEMS
Filter is clogged

Solution
Do backwash and rinse for the filter.
It is good to make the backwash 2-3
times every month.
Check that all electrical switches are on.
Ensure the circuit breakers are properly
set. Check the RCD.
With power switched off and power
cord disconnected.
Turn pump shaft (should spin freely).
Check all valves and open.
Clean all pipes.
Clean prefilter.
Check for leaks in the suction piping and
that there is enough water in the pool.
Make sure the filter tank is full of water.
Let the hot tub breathe without the
cover for 30 minutes. Do backwash and
rinse for the filter.
If backwash has been neglected you
might need to change the filter media.
Lower the pH value.
Check for leaks in the suction piping and
that there is enough water in the pool.
Depending on the connection type.
Open, check, clean tighten the
connection.
Do not overtighten plastic threads can
be broken easily.
