I.1 FEATURES
KCMS/PCM: MASTER electronic board for manual or automatic
regulation of all applianc e functi ons, c omplete with a c ontainer for any
additi onal KMVR module and wired electronic control panel to be
installed on board (MVP and MVT versions).
KCMS: Electronic board that can be c onfigured as MASTER or SLAVE
for manual or automatic regul ation of all appliance func tions, complete
with a c ontainer for any additi onal KMVR module.
KCMI: Electronic board that can be c onfigured as MASTER or SLAVE
for manual or automatic regul ation of all appliance func tions, complete
with the additional MVRI module to manage the brushl ess fan and
ON/OFF val ves i n 2 or 4-pi pe s ystems + the electrical resistance.
KPCM – Wired electr onic control panel with 11- key LCD for manual or
automatic regulati on of all applianc e functions, accordi ng to the preset
room temperatur e. The panel is designed to be wall mounted. To be
combined with the KCMS acc essor y.
KTCM: Infrared remote control with LCD for manual or automatic
regulation of all applianc e functi ons, accordi ng to the pres et room
temperature. The remote control is complete with a support brac ket to
be wall mounted.
KICM: Recessed panel with LCD, designed to be mounted in rec essed
boxes and 3-module plates for manual or automatic regulation of all unit
functi ons according to the preset room temperature, to be combi ned
with the KCMS electronic board.
KMVR – Management modul e of the ON/OFF val ves and el ectrical
resistance in 2 or 4-pipe s ystems, to be associ ated with the KCMS,
KCMS/PCM, CMS and CMS/PCM electronic board. It has two auxiliary
contacts: c hiller cons ent (CCH) and boiler consent (CCA).
KSTI – Temperature probe for additional water heating c oil to be
associated with the KCMS, KCMS/PCM, CMS and CMS/PCM
electronic board.
KRI – Infrared r ecei ver boar d for KTCM remote c ontrol.
KPRI – Extensi on c able required to c onnect the infrared rec eiver board
(KRI) if the hydraulic connec tions are on the right side of the unit for the
BrioEV and obligatory for UTNC-EV and UTNC-I.
KISI – C AN-bus s erial interface (Controller Area Network) for the
system, ess ential for the units to connect over the networ k
and their serial addressing, to be associated with the KCMS,
KCMS/PCM, CMS, CMS/PCM and KCMI/PCM (Can-Open® protocol)
electronic board.
KRS485 – RS485 serial interfac e for logic dialogue with building
automation and s upervision s ystems , to be ass ociated with the KCMS,
KCMS/PCM, CMS, CMS/PCM and KCMI/PCM electr onic board
(Supported protocols: proprietar y protoc ol; Modbus
KRS232 – RS485/RS232 Serial c onverters to connec t to super vision
systems , to be ass ociated with one or more KR S485 s erial interface
modules i n the c ase of c entr alised unit management.
KUSB – RS485/USB Serial converter to c onnect to s upervision
systems , to be ass ociated with one or more KR S485 s erial interface
modules i n the c ase of c entr alised unit management.
KSIR – RHOSS super vision s oftwar e for the monitoring and remote
management of the terminal units.
I.1.1 INTENDED CONDI TIONS OF USE
The el ectronic c ontrols referred to in this manual are intended to be
used with the following RHOSS termi nal units: BrioEV, Brio-I, YardyEV,
Yardy-I, UTNA, UTNB, UTNC-EV and UTNC-I.
These termi nal units are not designed to be ins talled in rooms used for
laundry purposes (IEC EN 60335- 2-40).
DANGER !
The terminal units are solely d esigned for domestic
and similar indoor installation.

Only use original spare parts and accessories. RHOSS
S.p.a. shall not be held liable for damage caused by
tampering or work carried out by unauthorised
personnel or malfunctions deriving from non-original
spare parts or accessories being used.

Any operating mode is interrupted when switc hing from ON to OFF,
timers in progress are canc elled, the appliance and fan operating
modes are saved together with the set temperature value.
