o We accord legal warranty rights for the rectification of all defects resulting from ma-
terial or manufacturing faults that can be verified The warranty claim will be compen-
sated at our discretion by either a repair or replacement of the defective part(s). It
will only be accorded when the warranty card has been submitted showing the date
of purchase, the dealer's stamp and signature, and the sales receipt, together with
the apliance to the relevant service centre. Return shipments should be sent in the
original packaging. The purchaser shall bear the transport costs. Repair and/or re-
placement of parts during the warranty period do not in any case extend the term of
warranty. Liability for consequential damage will not be accorded.

Excluded from warranty

- Damage due to incorrect handling or operation.
- Damage due to calcification or wear-and-tear.
- Wear-and-tear parts and fragile accessory parts made of plastic and rubber.
- Incorrect installation or incorrect connection.
- Excessive fluctuations in the supply voltage.
- Insufficient or improper maintenance.
- Shipping the appliance in inadequate packaging.
- Customer intervention or by third parties, who are not employees of the speci-
fied service centre.
Please do not forget to include your address, warranty card, sales receipt and a
statement with your returns.
