CAUSES OF ACCIDENTS
Somersaults
No somersaults may be performed on the trampoline, because landing on the
head or neck can lead to neck or back injuries or even paralysis and death.
Injuries can also result from uncontrolled jumping back and forth.
Multiple users at the same time
If several users use the trampoline at the same time, the risk of accidents
increases automatically. These users could collide, land incorrectly or even fall
off the trampoline.
Mounting and dismounting
Please always be very careful when climbing up and down. Do not jump down
onto the trampoline from higher locations (ladder, roof, etc.).
Young children may need help getting on and off the trampoline. Do not climb
on the cover pads. Hold on to the frame when dismounting.
Frame and springs
When jumping, always focus on the centre of the trampoline. This reduces the
risk of falling on the frame or springs when landing. Frame and springs must
always be completely covered by the cover mats.
Loss of control
Incorrect landing on the jumping mat, frame or cover mat as well as falling off
the trampoline can cause injuries. Basic jumps must be mastered before more
difficult jumps are performed. If the jumper is fatigued or attempts a jump that
exceeds his abilities, there is a risk of loss of control. To gain control of a jump
back, tighten the knees.
Foreign objects
Do not use the trampoline if there are pets, people or objects under the
trampoline. You should not hold any objects in your hand or place them on the
trampoline while jumping. If another user is using the trampoline, make sure
that there are no branches, power cables etc. above the trampoline.
