• Before plugging the appliance into the mains socket for the first time, please
let the appliance rest for two hours to allow the refrigerant gas to stabilise
in the compressor. Not respecting this waiting period may damage the
compressor.
• Plug the appliance into an earthed mains socket.

etting the temperAture
The thermostat knob switches the appliance on and off. It is located at the top right
of the refrigerator compartment.
It serves to regulate both the refrigerator compartment and the freezer compartment.

• We recommend setting the thermostat to the "5" mark for normal, everyday
use.
• Do not open the appliance doors for the first 30 minutes. We recommend leaving
the refrigerator running empty for about 1 to 2 hours (depending on the room
temperature).
