V.1 No hot water
Action to take
1. Have the electrical power supply
checked by a professional (using a
multimeter).
2. If you have Peak/Off-peak hours
pricing,
2.1. Switch to forced operation
from your electric distribution board.
2.2. Check the position of the circuit
breaker (should be in ON position).
1. Cut-Off the water heater current
(the circuit breaker should be in the
OFF position).

2. Trigger the thermostat safety device
again by perssing the brown button.
3. Switch to forced operation from
your electrical distribution board.

If there is no current at the water
heater's terminal :
have an electrician lokk at it.

If there is current at the water
heater's terminals, go to next step.
If the thermostat regulary goes
into safety mode, descale the
water heater (see the chapter on
maintenance) and retighten all the
electrical connections (after having
switched OFF the power).
If the safety device is not trigge-
red, move onto the next step.

Cause
Electrical power supply fault.
Thermostat going to safe mode.
NOTE : It is preferable to replac the ther-
mostat if it goes into safe mode numerous
times. (More than 10 times)
