Maintenance and Care
■
Before starting maintenance work always disconnect the device from compressed air
supply
■
Only use suitable cleaning solutions meeting the safety and health standards for cleaning
■
Only use spare parts recommended by FÖRCH
■
Replace damaged construction parts or wear parts, such as bearings, O-rings etc.
■
The use of unapproved spare parts will void the warranty, service, indemnifi cation and
liability claims against FÖRCH
■
A proper disposal according to the guidelines for environmental protection has to be
observed.
Disposal
■
Disposal must comply with the corresponding legislation in the respective countries
Function and Application
■
Underbody Coating and Body Cavity Protection Spray Gun may only be used fort he
spraying of underbody protection products or protective wax.
■
Never use Underbody / Body Cavity Spray Gun for other than the intended use.
■
Please observe the safety instructions!

1. Screw the hose clockwise fi rmly until it stops into the spray nozzle body
2. Connect the spray nozzle body to the spray gun with the bayonet coupling (put together
/ then turn)
3. Prepare Underbody / Body Cavity Ready Product with standard screw connection,
plunge suction hose into the ready product and then screw the ready product container
clockwise into the spray nozzle body
4. Connect Underbody / Body Cavity Spray Gun with compressed air hose
5. Adjusting the spray nozzle is possible at the front end of the nozzle
