2.2 Initial commissioning
Attention: If the unit is used to fill heating systems, the outlet
pressure reducer must be set to the permissible system pressure
of the heating system. The adjustable maximum pressure amounts
to approx. 4.5bar.
Join the raw water connection and the raw water inlet of the RO system using
a pressure hose of ¾".
14
The inlet ball valve (14) must be closed.
17
Connect the waste water hose to the waste water connection (18) (marked
"Sewer").
15
Lead the waste water hose to a suitable sewer.
Connect hose to the permeate outlet (17) and lead it to a sewer.
The ball valve (15) at the permeate outlet remains closed at
the beginning.
Connect mains plug.
Activate master switch.
Open inlet ball valve (14).
The unit starts briefly and then switches off again after the deactivation pressure
has been reached at the outlet pressure switch after a few seconds.
Open the ball valve at the permeate outlet (15) slowly. The unit starts again.
Discharge the permeate at least for 10 minutes to dispose of the disinfecting
solution.
Once the permeate emerges without any recognisable air bubbles and co-
lourlessly, close the ball valve at the permeate outlet (15). After a brief period
of time, the pressure switch deactivates the unit.
18
Deactivate the master switch and pull out the mains plug.
