The wall must be robust, flat, with no rough patches, in a rigid fire-proof and heat-resistant
material, with a suitable thickness to ensure that the appliance is fixed securely, bearing in mind
that it can be oriented in various directions and therefore the wall must withstand a certain stress.
•
The appliance must be fixed using the appropriate holes and secured using the metal plate
supplied with all the other screws and dowels. Fastening must be solid and secure.
•
The appliance must be turned so that air is blown downwards and not upwards.
FUNCTIONS
Before each use, verify that the unit is in good condition, the electric cord is not damaged, if the
power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a competent qualified electrician
or a person with similar qualifications, in order to avoid any risk.
The fan heater has a selector switch and by turning the relative knob "C" clockwise, the following
functions can be selected:
0= off
only ventilation,
I = warm air (1000W)
I I = hot air (2000 W)
The heating element can turn 90°, and its support allows it to be turned to 4 different positions,
locking it automatically. For positioning and/or to move the appliance, use the handle " D ".
Follow these steps when using the fan heater:
1.
Check that the selector is in position "0" (off)
2.
Turn the heating unit to direct the air in the most suitable direction.
3.
Insert the plug in the power socket
4.
Switch on the appliance by turning the selector knob clockwise to the function required.
5.
Switch off the appliance by turning the selector knob to "0" and remove the plug from the power
socket.
Always remove the plug from the power socket after using the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Attention: before cleaning the appliance, turn it off, remove the plug from the outlet and wait for it to
cool.
• Periodically check that the air-intake grill is not obstructed by fuzz or threads.
• Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the body; do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive
products.
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Bimar
(Italy). The pages must be reproduced and folded in
order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x 210
mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good
numbering when you turn the pages of the I/B. Don't
change the page numbering. Keep the language
integrity.
