dido antes de empezar a operar con la máquina.
Conserve los dos manuales de instrucciones
para posibles consultas posteriores.

2. ENCOLADO CON EL
RODILLO SUPERIOR (Sólo modelo EM125T)
Con la chapa dosificadora A (Fig. 1), la cola se reparte
uniformemente a lo largo del rodillo superior.
Gracias a su base le permite una gran estabilidad, eliminando
el peligro de vuelco.
3. ENCOLADO CON EL RODILLO ESPONJOSO
Puede interrumpirse la alimentación de la cola al rodillo
encolador en cualquier momento, accionando el gatillo B,
(Fig. 2), lo que permite aumentar el rendimiento en Kg de
cola por metro cuadrado a emplear.
Soltando dicho gatillo, el rodillo esponjoso presionará
sobre el rodillo alimentador quedando abierto de nuevo
el paso de cola.
4. ACCESORIOS OPCIONALES
25.04.279 RODILLO ESPONJOSO- Para colas blancas y
emulsiones acuosas. Cantidad de aplicación de cola: MEDIA.
(Va incluido en el equipo standard)
25.04.280 RODILLO POLIURETANO- Para colas de resina
sintética, colas blancas y emulsiones solubles en agua.
Cantidad de aplicación de cola: POCA.
5. RECOMENDACIONES
Limpiar el depósito alimentador y rodillos con agua si debe
dejarse la encoladora sin usar durante un tiempo.
El rodillo esponjoso no debe dejarse en el agua permanen-
temente, para evitar que se deforme en exceso.
Se aconseja dejar secar el rodillo esponjoso antes de volver
a utilizarlo.
No limpiar nunca los rodillos con disolventes.
Después de lavar el rodillo, dejar secar y conservar en lugar
ventilado para prolongar la vida y duración del mismo.
6. GARANTIA
Todos los productos VIRUTEX tienen una garantía válida
para 12 meses a partir del día de su suministro, quedando
excluidas todas las manipulaciones o daños ocasionados por
manejos inadecuados o por desgaste natural de la máquina.
Para cualquier reparación dirigirse al servicio oficial de
asistencia técnica VIRUTEX.
VIRUTEX se reserva el derecho de modificar sus productos
sin previo aviso.

2. GLUING WITH THE
TOP ROLLER (Model EM125T only)
With the metering plate A (Fig. 1), glue is smoothly distributed
all along the top roller. The base affords a high stability,
removing the overturning danger.
3. GLUING WITH THE RUBBER ROLLER
Glue feeding to the gluing roller can be interrupted at any
time, operating latch B, (Fig. 2) where by the performance
in Kg. of glue per m
to be used can be increased.

Releasing the latch, the rubber roller will press on the feeding
roller and the glue delivery would again be opened.
4. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
25.04.279 RUBBER ROLLER - for white glues and water-
soluble emulsions. Amount of glue to be applied: MEDIUM.
