Ensuring safety before installation
AHC-3000 must only be installed by qualified personnel or people who
have received appropriate training and are qualified to install the product.
Qualified personnel have knowledge of the installation practices used and
can perform installation in accordance with relevant local and international
requirements, laws and regulations.
Qualified personnel are familiar with the instructions and safety precautions
described in this introduction.
AHC-3000 contains a dangerously high level of voltage when connected to
the mains.
Mains voltage must always be disconnected before any installation,
servicing or maintenance tasks are performed on the product.
When the AHU is connected to the mains, there is a risk that the unit could
start unintentionally, possibly causing dangerous situations and personal
injuries
An unintentional start during programming, servicing or maintenance may
result in serious injury or damage to equipment and property.
The AHC-3000 can be started via an external input signal, Modbus or a
connected control panel.
Before connecting mains voltage to AHC-3000, all AHC-3000, motor and
fan components must be properly fitted.
Before connecting mains voltage to AHC-3000, all openings, covers and
cable glands must be properly fitted and closed. Unused cable glands
must be replaced with blank glands.
Prohibition on use
The AHC-3000 must not be commissioned until the machine or product
into which it is incorporated has been declared in its entirety to be in
conformity with all relevant national and international regulations.
