INSTALLATION OF THE OUTLET FRAME
16. Prior to the installation of the adjustable Trim Frame
assembly, finishing the wall opening for the Outlet Frame
should be completed as illustrated in Figure 5.
17. Before you install the adjustable Trim Frame, (2) # 10-
24 x ¾" Hex screws should be pre-installed into the
threaded insert at each end of the Heat Transfer body
outlet as shown in the Exploded Parts view on page
11. Do not turn these two screws all the way in, but
leave approximately ¼" of the threads showing inside
the duct outlet sides.

18. Install the adjustable Trim Frame assembly into the
discharge opening of the Heat Transfer system as shown
by Figure 12. The ends of the Trim Frame include slots
that will engage the two screws installed in step 17.
Due to sharp edges and the weight of the assembly,
please use proper eye protection and gloves to reduce
the potential for injuries.
