Should - contrary to expectations - faults occur, please try to
resolve the matter by telephone first. Should this not be success-
ful, please send the carefully packed appliance to your dealer or

your complete address, type and model number and the serial
number of the appliance. This information can be found on the
rating plate of the appliance. Please describe the fault or defect
in as much detail as possible. The product or spare part order
should be accompanied by a printed and dated receipt of pur-
chase or invoice. Without a printed receipt of purchase or invoice,
no services under warranty can be provided, whether for repairs,
spare parts or other claims.
Outside Germany and in particular in non-EC countries, you
should send the article to your dealer or the local distributor. Infor-
mation can be obtained – preferably by e-mail – from the After-
sales Service address indicated below.
Repairs not covered by the warranty can also be performed
against individual payment by the After-sales Service - outside
Germany by the dealer from whom you purchased the appliance
or by a service centre, if available.
