If you smell gas, immediately turn the regulator screw to the right

Risk of fire
Never operate Skotti unattended.
Never use Skotti on flammable surfaces such as cloth.
When grilling, keep a safe distance from potential danger areas and
highly flammable substances, generally at least 10 meters.
Never place flammable items onto Skotti when it is grilling or still hot.
Possible danger to life due to grease fires
If a grease fire occurs, remain calm. If possible, turn off the

Use a special fire extinguisher, sand, baking soda or baking powder

to extinguish a potential fire.
Never try to extinguish grease fires with water or flour. The probabil-

ity of uncontrolled shooting flames or explosions is extremely high.

Get yourself and others to safety.
Call the fire service on the EU-wide number 112 from landlines and
`
mobiles.
Until the firefighters arrive, secure the danger area without putting
`
yourself or others in danger.
