Only submersible pumps approved by the manufacturer and assigned to the control unit may be attached.

Installation of electrical accessories
Attention!
Before carrying out any work on the device, the mains power supply must be disconnected on all poles and meas-
ures taken to ensure it cannot be inadvertently reconnected.
Warning!
Improper working procedures on live components can cause an electric shock!
Death or serious injury from electric shock!
Work on live components must only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Rechargeable battery for mains-independent alarm (accessory)
NOTE!
Before installing the battery, make a note of the date on the battery.
Warning!
Danger of explosion if dry battery or lithium battery is used!
Injuries and damage to the control unit!
Only use the manufacturer' s rechargeable battery or an approved one.
∙ Connect up the 9V NiMh battery to the connector clip and secure it in place with the cable tie.
High water alarm relay (optional)
∙ The connection to the potential-free changeover contact is established via terminals 50/51/52.
– External signal transmitters can send optical or acoustic signals via the potential-free changeover contact.
– The radio transmitter FTJP sends a normally open contact signal wirelessly via enOcean radio technology to a suitable SmartHome
gateway.
Deactivate internal alarm buzzer (optional in the case of high water alarm relay)
∙ Remove jumper BRX. To save it for re-use, attach it to a pin on the 2-pole pin connector.
COMMISSIONING
∙ The control unit and all other components of the overall system must be fully assembled.
∙ Check the electrical connections.
∙ Check that all functions work properly.
