8. Functional testing
After the installation of the condensate pump / automatic condensate pumping station, we recom-
mend that a functional test be carried out.

Condensate pump
Pour water slowly into the appropriate cham-
ber of the Wolf neutralisation system. Check
whether the pump switches on and off again
after the water level has sunk.
In order to check the alarm function, fill water
continuously into the chamber until the alarm
is triggered (the equipment switches off with
an error message).
The water level may not exceed a height of 70 mm, as otherwise water could
penetrate into the pump and damage the circuitry or lead to a short-circuit (see
fig. 6, page 3)!
During normal operation the pump has a maximum duty cycle of 1 sec. on, 5 sec. off
Warning
in operating mode S3 - 15 %.
9. Disassembly / maintenance
The condensate pump is to be separated from the electricity supply before disas-
sembly or maintenance!

Condensate pump
Remove the pump from the chamber of the
neutralisation system.
Detach the pressure hose from the pump
housing together with the non-return valve by
means of a quarter-turn in an anticlockwise
direction.

Automatic condensate pumping station
with tank
Fill water slowly into the tank of the pump.
Check whether the pump switches on and off
again after the water level has sunk.
In order to check the alarm function, fill water
continuously into the tank until the alarm is
triggered (the equipment switches off with an
error message).

Automatic condensate pumping station
with tank
Pull the condensate feed hose carefully out of
the tank.
Remove the cover of the automatic conden-
sate pumping station and lift the pump out of
the tank.
Detach the pressure hose from the pump
housing together with the non-return valve by
means of a quarter-turn in an anticlockwise
direction.
