7.1 Installation of the condensate pump / automatic condensate pumping station

Condensate pump
This version is specially designed for use with
the Wolf COB neutralisation system, item no.
2484013 or item no. 24 83 689.
The exact type of installation is to be taken
from the assembly instructions for the neutra-
lisation system.
7.2 Electrical connection
Electrical work may only be carried out by approved technical personnel!
The electrical connection used must be implemented according to applicable stan-
dards; in particular, it must be properly earthed and fused!
The condensate pump / automatic condensate pumping station has a 2 m long mains cable with
a protective contact plug. If this is not long enough, we recommend the use of an extension cable
or connection to a junction box.
The mains cable is permanently attached inside the pump and cannot not be detached and repla-
ced by a longer mains cable.
7.3 Alarm connection (see fig. 5, page 3)
The pump is equipped with an alarm connection. This can be used to switch off the equipment in
order to avoid a further influx of condensate and overflowing of the equipment.
If the alarm connection is used, the 2 m long alarm cable is to be attached accordingly.
Further details about the alarm connection are to be taken from the assembly and planning inst-
ructions for the equipment.
The alarm function is implemented as a potential-free normally closed contact with a

maximum load of 250 V~/1 A (inductive load) and 4 A (resistive load).

Automatic condensate pumping station
with tank
The pump is to be installed in a horizontal po-
sition underneath the condensate drain.
The condensate feed hose is to be laid with
a constant downward gradient to the pump. It
is to be inserted so far into the opening in the
cover (Ø 24 mm) that it cannot slip out unin-
tentionally.
If necessary the condensate feed can also be
inserted into the enclosed soft rubber adaptor
(Ø 24 - 32 - 40 mm).
The tank can be fastened with the two ears to
the wall if necessary. Fixing screws and dowels
are included in the scope of supply. The water
outlet side of the tank can be freely selected (left
or right-sided mounting of the pump block).
