ASSEMBLY

a) Positioning: the boiler must be placed in its final position free from any obstacle within at least 60 cm all around. On
request, a take-apart basement can be supplied to fit any boiler size.
Thermal unit: The boiler is fixed to the hot water tank by means of two bolts which must be screwed between the boiler
frame (rear part) and the threaded bushes on the boiler casing.
b) The boiler body must be wrapped using the insulating rock wool layer supplied with the coating panels and fixed onto
it with the specific belt.
c) Control panel assembly: lift the upper part and remove the 4 screws. Very carefully, uncoil the thermostat and ther-
mometer capillaries and pass them through the slot at the bottom of the control panel. Convey then capillaries through
the opening of the boiler upper panel. The control panel can be fixed now to the upper casing panel using the 4 self-
threading screws.
d) Insert the wire guide in the lower slits of panel (1) and (2); then, according to the opening direction of the manhole, pass
through the wires connecting the burner to the control panel.
e) Casings assembly: Position first right (1) and left (2) side panels and hook them to the frame. Place the upper panel
(3) and insert thermostat (TR, TS, TM, TP*) and boiler thermometer (TMC) bulbs in the wells on the tube bundle.
Thermal unit: For hot water tank models, connect the boiler plugs boiler to the control panel and to the circulator con-
nection.
f) Hook the front panel (4) to the side panels.
g) Before working on the hydraulic connection, position the rear zinc sheet panel and secure it with the self-threading
screws provided. Complete insulation operation by inserting the plastic washers on the flow, return and drain fittings
