INTRODUCTION

This manual will help you get the most from your Advance Sprite™ 16, Sprite™ 16 Pro wet/dry vacuum and Stripper Applicator. Read it thoroughly before
operating the machine.
Note: Bold numbers in parentheses indicate items illustrated on page 6 (fi gures 4 and 5).
This product is intended for commercial use only.

PARTS AND SERVICE

Repairs, when required, should be performed by your Authorized Advance Service Center, who employs factory trained service personnel, and maintains an
inventory of Advance original replacement parts and accessories.
Call the ADVANCE DEALER named below for repair parts or service. Please specify the Model and Serial number when discussing your machine.
MODIFICATIONS
Modifi cations and additions to the cleaning machine which affect capacity and safe operation shall not be performed by the customer or user without prior written
approval from Nilfi sk-Advance Inc. Unapproved modifi cations will void the machine warranty and make the customer liable for any resulting accidents.
NAME PLATE
The Model and Serial Number of your machine are shown on the Nameplate on the machine. This information is needed when ordering repair parts for the
machine. Use the space below to note the Model and Serial Number of your machine for future reference.

UNCRATING
When the machine is delivered, carefully inspect the shipping carton and the machine for damage. If damage is evident, save the shipping carton so that it can be
inspected. Contact the Advance Customer Service Department immediately to fi le a freight damage claim.
MACHINE ASSEMBLY
1 Unpack the supplied hardware and assemble the Handle (7) to the chassis securing the Power Cord (6) with the Support Clamp as shown in Figure 5 on page
6.
2 Install the Dome Lid (2) on top of the Recovery Tank (3) and attach the Vac Motor Hose (12) to the back of the Dome Lid as shown in Figure 4 on page 6.
3 If you have the Sprite™ 16, install the Squeegee (9) and Recovery Hose (8) as shown in Figure 4 on page 6.
4 If you have the Sprite™ 16 Pro, you can also use the Stripper Applicator Assembly (14) and connect the Hose to the Two-way Ball Valve (15) as shown in
Figure 4 on page 6.
