PROBLEM
Clothes have shrunk, felted or
deteriorated.
Water leaking from the loading door.
The loading door opens on its own.
The water tank warning symbol is
on/lashing.
The ilter cleaning warning symbol
is on.
The condenser cleaning warning
symbol is on.
The ilter and condenser cleaning
warning symbols are lashing.
REASON
The programme used might not be
suitable for the type of laundry.
There might be lint accumulated on
the inner surfaces of the loading
door and on the surfaces of the
gasket of the loading door.
The loading door might not be
closed properly.
The water tank might be full.
The water discharge hose might
be bent.
The lint ilter might be unclean.
The condenser might be unclean.
The ilter seat might be clogged
by lint.
There might be a layer that causes
obstruction on the surface of the
lint ilter.
The condenser might be clogged.

SOLUTION
Check the care labels on the
laundry items, select a suitable
programme for the type of laundry.
Clean the inner surfaces of the
loading door and the surfaces of the
gasket of the loading door.
Push the loading door until you hear
the closing sound.
Empty the water tank.
If the product is connected directly
to the water outlet, check the water
discharge hose.
Clean the ilter.
Clean the condenser.
Clean the ilter seat.
Wash the ilter with lukewarm water.
Clean the condenser.
