Once the activator has dried, apply Sika

Primer 209D (reference 1240547) over the
area where it was applied.
Clean the edge of the hatch where the unit will

rest, and apply Sika Aktivator 100 activator
(reference 1312362).
Apply Sika Flex 260N silicone (reference

1286577) on the edge of the hatch where the
activator was applied. To ensure Sika Flex
260N is applied correctly, cut the diffuser
nozzle into a triangular shape as shown in the
image, obtaining a triangular-shaped bead of
silicone measuring at least 11 mm wide by 16
mm high.
Important: Do not cover the unit's positioning
holes in the cab chassis with silicone.
Caution: If the silicone bead does not comply
with the recommended dimensions of 11
mm wide x 16 mm high, water may enter the
vehicle cab.
