OPERATION
8.1 Preparing to work
BATTERY & CABLE VERSION WITHOUT TRACTION
1.
Prepare the machine for operation

Press brush switch (Fig. 8-4)
3.
Press vacuum switch (Fig. 8-1)
4.
Lower the squeegee
5.
Press the start switch of brush motor on the handle (Fig. 7-5)
Before using the machine check all the controls to employ it properly. Avoid to go on projecting objects or on
potholes along the way.
When the charge level of the battery is running low, display shows the minimum voltage setting and it flashes in
the first segment of the led bar. Brush and vacuum cleaner motors are switched off automatically; it is therefore
necessary to recharge batteries as soon as possible . To bring the car to charging point see section 6.6.
Lift the squeegee up if you have to move backward the machine
Tractioned machines: be careful to move not too fast the machine.
8.2 Overflow device
The machine has a filter and a float that stop the aspiration motor whenever the recuperation tank is full. It causes the
closure of the vacuum hose. In this case you must empty the tank.

AFTER WORK IS TERMINATED
9.1 Battery version
At the end of the work, before performing any type of maintenance proceed as follows
1.
Turn off vacuum motor switch (Fig 8-1)
2.
Turn off brush motor button (Fig. 8-4) and brush motor switch (Fig. 7-5)
3.
Lift the squeegee and move the machine to the dirty water drain site.
4.
Empty the recovery tank
5.
Clean the squeegee with a jet of clean water. The squeegee must be lifted when the machine is not in use to
prevent permanent deformations to the rubber strips
6.
Remove the brush and clean it with a jet of water
7.
Disconnect the battery connector
8.
Park the car on the rear wheels, thus avoiding the deformation of the bristles.
9.2 Cable version
At the end of the work, before performing any type of maintenance proceed as follows
1.
Turn off vacuum motor switch (Fig 8-1)
2.
Turn off brush motor button (Fig. 8-4) and brush motor switch (Fig. 7-5)
3.
Disconnect the plug from the socket of the extension
4.
Lift the squeegee and move the machine to the dirty water drain site.
5.
Empty the recovery tank
6.
Clean the squeegee with a jet of clean water. The squeegee must be lifted when the machine is not in use to
prevent permanent deformations to the rubber strips
7.
Remove the brush and clean it with a jet of water
8.
Park the car on the rear wheels, thus avoiding the deformation of the bristles.
Always wear gloves when doing this to protect yourself from contact with hazardous solutions. Make
sure there are no people or objects nearby.
