11.1 Information required by the Ecodesign Directive

The heating element is controlled either by the VTX series
control system or by the VTD-UP room thermostat.
Control system of the VTX series: The heating element is
switched by the VTX-E or VTX-EU radio receiver. The room
temperature is measured by the battery-operated VTX-SP
room thermostat. With the heat-up function activated, the
comfort temperature programmed in the weekly
programming is reached at the set point in time, since the
thermostat controls the heating start adaptively. Open

The heating element conforms to Regulation (EU) 2015/1188 (Ecodesign) if the room temperature control is achieved by
either VTX series devices or VTD-UP room thermostat.
