4. Getting Started
4.1 Place the Digital Photo Frame with installed
stand on a flat surface. Connect the power
adapter to a standard electrical outlet and
DC IN on the left side of the unit.
4.2 Carefully remove the protective film
covering the LCD.
4.3 Remove the plastic battery insulator from
the battery compartment and make sure
the remote control has a battery inserted.
Refer to "Installing & Replacing the Battery"
if a new battery is needed.
4.4 The unit will start up automatically when
powered on. Press POWER at the rear of
the unit or on the remote control to switch
the unit on or off.
5. Operating Instructions
After switching the unit on, it will show the
welcome screen. The slideshow will start
automatically with background music if files are
stored in the built-in memory, memory card or
USB device.
NOTE: Ensure that supported image and music
files are stored in connected media.
5.1 Memory Card and USB Device
SD/SDHC/MMC/MS cards and USB2.0 are
supported.
After inserting a memory card or USB device
the slideshow will start automatically. Press
RETURN to access the menus PICTURE,
MUSIC, VIDEO, FILE, CALENDAR or SETTING.
Press OK to confirm.
Note:
1) Ensure that supported photo, music and
video files are stored in the memory card
or USB device.
2) If supported photo and music files are
stored in the memory card or USB device
the slideshow will start automatically with
background music.
5.2 Photo Mode
Press RETURN to select the storage device.
Press OK to enter the main menu, select
PICTURE and press OK to start the slideshow.
Press RETURN to enter the 9-picture
thumbnail mode and select the photo for
full screen display with ▼▲◄► ; then
press OK to start playback. If you access the
MUSIC menu in PICTURE settings, then the
automatic slideshow with background music
starts. The music files must be stored in the
same memory device! Adjust the volume by
pressing VOL+/VOL-.
