SAFETY VALVE
The device is equipped with a safety valve,
which is designed to safely release
pressure in excess of 4 bar.
Caution! Never defeat, unscrew or tamper
with the safety valve. Never operate the
device without the safety valve fitted.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Grease the gasket in the pump mechanism
from time to time. Make certain that the
device is not pressurised.
We recommend that you use silicon-based
grease. Other types of grease can damage
the device's plastic parts or the gasket. Do
not use grease containing acid.
- Use a clean, damp cloth to clean the device.
- In order to prevent the risk of damage to the pump action pipe unblocker and/or the
build up of dangerous fumes, do not use any additional cleaning media, petroleum spirit,
alcohol or similar.
- Store the device in a dry place and out of direct sunlight.
- The device may only be stored once any residual pressure has been released.
- The product is lubricated at the factory; small deposits of white powder on the product
are normal and do not indicate a fault. Remove the white powder if necessary.
RECYCLING
Worn out tools must be recycled at a suitable recycling facility. Do not dispose of in the
household waste. For further information contact your local authority. Dispose of the
packaging material according to the type of material and accordingly to any local regulations.
