EXTENDED COOLING FEATURE
If the appliance is not switched off and the ice is not removed immediately after the end of the turning
process, the machine automatically switches to the cooling feature. The display shows 'cool'. The
appliance will then cool for another 2 hours to maintain the consistency of the ice cream. During this
cooling feature, the appliance will measure the hardness and occasionally mix and cool when necessary.
Thereafter, it switches back to the base state.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
! Never immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
· Pull the plug out of the power socket before cleaning the appliance.
· Clean the stainless steel housing with a damp cloth and some mild detergent.
· Wash the separate parts in warm water with washing-up liquid, i.e. the transparent lid, mixing paddle,
and removable bowl. Dry thoroughly.
