• Alter the channel set on the radio camera and on the receiver (channel selection
switches (8) and (15)) if transmission is disturbed. See also "Elimination of distur-
bances".
• To switch off the devices, proceed in the opposite order to switching them on.
Always pull the plug-in power units out of the mains socket if not
used for a longer period.
Servicing
The devices are maintenance-free. For this reason, you should never open them. If
you do open it, the warranty will lapse.
The outside of the devices should be cleaned with a clean dry cloth or brush only.
Do not use cleaning agents which contain carbon, petrol, alcohol or similar sub-
stances for cleaning purposes. The surface of the devices can be corroded by these.
Moreover the vapours are detrimental to health and explosive. Nor should sharp-
edged tools such as screwdrivers, metal brushes etc. be used for cleaning purposes.
Disposal
If the radio camera system no longer functions or cannot be repaired, it must be dis-
posed of in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations.

An exclamation mark positioned in a triangle indicates
important instructions in these operating instructions which have to be
observed at all times!
The plug-in power unit is designed in compliance with protection class 2.
The lightening symbol in a triangle warns against an electric shock or the
impairment of the electrical safety of the device.
The "hand" symbol can be found when you are to be given tips and infor-
mation on operation.

Safety transformers
• Only a 230 V/50 Hz (10/16 A) mains socket for the public supply grid may be used
as the source of electric power. Never try to operate the device on any other volt-
age.
• Ensure that all the electrical connections and connection cables between the
devices of the camera system and the devices to be connected conform to the
regulations and comply with the operating instructions.
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the Employer's
Liability Insurance Association for Electrical Systems and Operating Materials are
to be observed.
• In schools, training centres, computer and self-help workshops, handling of mea-
suring devices must be supervised by trained personnel in a responsible manner.
• Observe also the safety and operating instructions of any other appliances that are
connected to the device.
• Consult a specialist if you have doubts about how the equipment operates, its
safety or about how to connect it.
