Failed ignition
To turn the stove back on, reset the alarm by keeping the power button on the handheld (or on the electronic card) pressed until
the acoustic signal is heard and then switch on again.It is not necessary to remove any unburnt pellets inside the brazier. In fact, as
soon as the user reboots the stove, the system tries to ignite any fuel left in the brazier before starting the loading phase.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Alarm management
Alarms are indicated by an acoustic signal (if activated) and a message on the control panel. In case of an alarm the shutdown
procedure is automatically activated. Cancel the signal by pressing button P3 on the remote control or the emergency panel and
wait for the insert to reach OFF status. Eliminate the cause and restart the insert according to the normal procedure described in this
manual. Listed below are the alarms that can appear on the control panel, with the causes and cures:
