Chapter 2: Application limits
WARNING! The pump is not suitable for pumping inflammable or dangerous liquids!
WARNING! Avoid dry operation of the pump strictly!
Do not use the pump in a swimming pool or garden lake!

• inflammable or explosive substances,
• aggressive liquids,
water occurring at construction sites or in case of soakage,

ground water coming up,
•
• sandy, muddy water,
liquid foods,
•
sewage.

Chapter 3: Start-up, usage
DANGER! Risk of electric shock! Perform each operation of pump installation
only after having the mains cable disconnected!
DANGER! Risk of electric shock! The person responsible for the installation
should ascertain of whether the electrical network is equipped with efficient
earthing cable in accordance with the current norms!
The pumps are single-phase devices, equipped with 2+earthed wall plug at the end of the
mains connection cables; in this case the earthing is achieved when the plug is connected to
the socket.
During installation, make sure that the pump is installed fixed and in case of drilled well the internal diameter of the well tube
is minimum 110 mm! It should not be installed on the well bottom because the sand particles, mud
getting in the pump will make the device unserviceable! It is recommended that the suction orifice should be
minimum 50 cm from the strainer (perforation) of the well. When connecting the pump with the delivery pipe, ensure proper
leakproofness. It is practicable to install a shut-off/throttle valve on the delivery pipe in the direct vicinity of the well. The mains
connection cable should be fixed to the delivery pipe by means of plastic clamps. (In case of flexible or PVC delivery pipe, the
cable should be fixed to the submersing rope.) A clamp should be mounted on the delivery pipe, which will hold the pump,
the delivery pipe and the weight of the water column found in it when supported on the wall of the well or the ground! When
submersing the pump in the well, apply submersing/lifting steel wire rope inserted in the 2 pieces of hole of 6-8 mm diameter
(different for each type)! The height of the water column acting on the pump can be max. 10m.
There is a non-return valve at the discharge orifice of the pumps, the task of which is to hinder
the water found in the vertical pipe branch from falling back. It is not suitable for perfect closing.
