Se possibile, collocare l’ago sul tubo tra l’intercooler e la presa d’aria del motore. È opportuno forare il tubo diagonalmente, e mai perpendicolarmente. • All’occorrenza, fissare il sensore con un morsetto per impedirne il movimento durante l’ese- cuzione del test. • Posizionare il tester all’interno del veicolo, facendo attenzione a non danneggiare il cavo del sensore con il cofano o il telaio della portiera. •...
- Page 3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO TURBO PRESSURE MEASUREMENT To measure turbo pressure, follow these steps. • Place the needle into the sensor tip. • Prick the needle into the turbo tube. If possible, you should place the needle on the pipe between the intercooler and the engine intake. It is convenient to puncture the tube obliquely, and not perpendicularly. • If necessary, fix the sensor with a clamp, to prevent it from moving during the test. • Place the tester inside the vehicle, taking care not to damage the sensor cable with the hood or door frame. • For maximum turbo pressure, it is necessary to drive the vehicle. The tester automatically stores the maximum value, so that one person can perform the test. The user can press the “Max Reset” button to reset the memory. A graphical view has also been integrated into the same screen. The graphical view can be paused by pressing the “PAUSE” button. • Compare the values obtained with the values provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Page 4 MODE D’EMPLOI MESURE PRESSION TURBO Pour mesurer la pression turbo, suivre la procédure ci-après : • Positionner l'aiguille dans la pointe du capteur. • Enfiler l'aiguille dans le tuyau du capteur. Si possible, placer l'aiguille sur le tuyau entre l’intercooler et la prise d'air du moteur. Il est opportun de trouer le tuyau en diagonale, jamais perpendiculairement. • Si besoin est, fixer le capteur avec un étau pour en empêcher le mouvement pendant le test. • Positionner le testeur dans le véhicule en faisant attention à ne pas endommager le câble du capteur avec le coffre ou le châssis de la portière. • Pour atteindre la pression turbo maximum, il est nécessaire de mettre le véhicule en marche. Le testeur mémorise automatiquement la valeur maximum et permet d'effectuer le test. La mémoire peut être mise à zéro en appuyant sur la touche “Reset Max”. La modalité d'affichage graphique a été intégrée dans la fenêtre et peut être mise en pause en appuyant sur la touche “PAUSE”. • Comparer les valeurs obtenues avec celles fournies par le fabricant du véhicule.

Falls möglich, die Nadel am Schlauch zwischen Ladeluftkühler und Lufteinlass des Motors positionieren. Es ist ratsam, das Loch am Schlauch diagonal vorzunehmen und niemals senkrecht. • Gegebenenfalls den Sensor mit einer Klemme befestigen, damit er sich während des Tests nicht bewegt. • Den Test innerhalb des Fahrzeugs positionieren, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass das Kabel des Sensors nicht mit der Motorhaube oder dem Türrahmen beschädigt wird. • Damit der maximale Turbodruck erreicht wird, muss das Fahrzeug gestartet werden. Der Tester speichert automatisch den Höchstwert, sodass der Test durchgeführt werden kann. Der Speicher kann durch Drücken der Taste “Reset Max” zurückgesetzt werden. Im Bildschirm wird auch der grafische Anzeigemodus integriert, der durch Drücken der Taste „PAUSE“ auf Pause gestellt werden kann.
- Page 6 INSTRUCCIONES MEDICIÓN PRESIÓN TURBO Para medir la presión turbo proceda como sigue. • Coloque la aguja en la punta del sensor. • Introduzca la aguja en la manguera del turbo. De ser posible, coloque la aguja en la mangue- ra entre el intercooler y la toma de aire del motor. Cabe agujerear la manguera diagonalmente y nunca perpendicularmente. • De ser necesario, fije el sensor con un borne para impedir su movimiento mientras ejecuta la prueba. • Coloque el tester dentro del vehículo, prestando atención para no dañar el cable del sensor con el capó o el bastidor de la puerta. • Para lograr la presión turbo máxima cabe arrancar el vehículo. El tester almacena automáti- camente el valor máximo, permitiendo llevar a cabo la prueba. La memoria puede ponerse a cero pulsando la tecla “Reset Max”. En la pantalla se ha integrado también el modo de visua- lización gráfica, que puede ponerse en pausa pulsando la tecla “PAUSA”. • Compare los valores logrados con los que facilita el fabricante del vehículo.
- Page 7 INSTRUÇÕES DE USO MEDIDOR DE PRESSÃO TURBO Para detectar a pressão turbo siga o procedimento abaixo. • Posicione a agulha na ponta do sensor. • Enfie a agulha na mangueira do turbo. Se possível, coloque a agulha na mangueira entre o intercooler e a tomada de ar do motor. Recomenda-se furar o tubo diagonalmente e nunca perpendicularmente.

Indien mogelijk plaatst u de naald op de slang tussen de intercooler en de luchttoevoer van de motor. Het is raadzaam de slang diagonaal te doorboren, nooit loodrecht. • Indien nodig maakt u de sensor met een klem vast om de voorkomen dat hij tijdens het ver- richten van de test beweegt. • Plaats de tester in het voertuig en kijk uit dat u de sensorkabel niet aan de koffer of de deur- lijst beschadigt.

Jeśli to możliwe, ulokować igłę na rurze między intercoolerem i wlo- tem powietrza silnika. Należy przebić rurę ukośnie, nigdy nie prostopadle. • W razie potrzeby przymocować czujnik przy pomocy zacisku, aby zapobiec jego prze- mieszczaniu podczas testu. • Umieścić tester w samochodzie, uważając, aby nie uszkodzić przewodu czujnika pokrywą lub drzwiczkami. • Aby osiągnąć maksymalne ciśnienie turbo należy uruchomić pojazd. Tester automatycznie zapisuje wartość maksymalną, umożliwiając wykonanie testu. Pamięć można zresetować naciskając „Reset Max”. Na ekranie jest również zintegrowany graficznych tryb wyświetlania, który można wstrzymać, naciskając przycisk „PAUSA”. • Porównać otrzymane wartości z tymi dostarczonymi przez producenta pojazdu.
