App. Auto
Auto, selected via IR remote (App. Auto).
Function description:
Ceiling light
When a movement sensor registers activity and light is required, the
lighting comes on automatically in two zones 1-10 V daylight control.
As long as the movement sensor registers activity the lighting will
remain independently daylight-controlled in two zones according
to preset parameters. As daylight increases, lighting in the room
starts to dim until the set minimum light level is obtained. If
there is suffi cient daylight in the two zones the lighting turns off
independently in each zone. One light sensor controls both zones.
The light switches off automatically after a preset period, when the
movement sensor does not register activity within the detection range.
Manual switching off of lighting
If two low-voltage pushbutton switches are used, the lighting is
switched off in zone 1 and zone 2 simultaneously regardless of
which switch is activated.
After a blackout period of approx. 10 sec. the PIR is ready again
for auto function.
Dimming of lighting
A long press on the low-voltage pushbutton switch enables the
lighting in zones 1 and 2 to be dimmed down/up.
If two low-voltage pushbutton switches are used, zone 1 and
zone 2 can be dimmed individually.
Relay On/Off
When the movement sensor registers activity, the relay closes (On).
The relay switches off (Off) automatically after a preset period,
when the movement sensor does not register activity within the
detection range. Preset off delay + 10 mins.
Manual override via remote control.
Settings
Change from App. Manual and App. Auto to App. Class:
If App. Manual or App. Auto is selected, the 77-050 must be reset
to the factory settings so that App. Class can be reactivated.
This also means that all defi ned values will be reset to factory
settings. Reset is performed via the IR remote control.
You must use an IR remote control (accessory) to select App.
Manual or App. Auto.
Manual dimming via low-voltage pushbutton switch.
When the dim function has been activated, the lighting must be
switched off so that it can be switched on, and thus function with
daylight control (according to light sensor).

Remote control
Setting/Functions via the remote control (accessory):
The IR remote control provides options for manual on/off and
dim, for selecting another application, carrying out a test and
also other parameters.
On and Off
The lighting can be manually switched on and off in zones 1 and
2 at the same time regardless of light level.
Dim up and Dim down:
The lighting can be manually dimmed in zones 1 and 2 at the
same time.
Automatic:
Control functions according to the application selected.
Test:
Walk test, testing detection area by activating a movement
sensor; the light sensor does not work.
Automatically reverts to operating mode after 5 minutes.
Parameters:
Select between Man and Auto application.
Reset parameters to factory settings.
Setting daylight factor for zone 1 via Lx 1 (50-1,000 lx in steps of
50 and 100 lx).
Setting desired minimum light level in zone 1 via Set 1 (50-1500
lx in steps of 50 and 100 lx).
Setting daylight factor for zone 2 via Lx 2 (50-1000 lx in steps of
50 and 100 lx).
Setting desired minimum light level in zone 2 via Set 2 (50-1500
lx in steps of 50 and 100 lx).
Setting of off delay jointly for zone 1 and zone 2 via Time (1-60
mins in steps of 1 and 10 mins).
Manual setting of light sensor value via LS (100-3000 lx in 100 lx steps)
Switch off LED indication LED On/Off
Vout: Setting Vout maximum and minimum jointly for zone 1 and
zone 2, 1 – 10 V (0 V to 10 V in steps of 1 V).
For further information about the remote control unit see the
installation and user manual for IR Remote model 77-920
If Luxstat Dim is in "edit mode" (unlock), then the IR buttons On
and Off do not work.
Error indication:
LED, in Luxstat control box model 77-050 or IR sensor model 77-910,
fl ashes continuously when the daylight factor is more than 100%.
Cause – The value for Lx1 or Lx2 is indicated at a value that is
greater than the factor registered by the light sensor.
The value is selected when setting Lx1 or Lx2 on the remote
control.
