Luxstat Control Box 77-050
General
Operation
The Luxstat Dim unit consists of an integral unit containing 1-10 V
control, a potential-free relay and an integral IR receiver. All
external units, such as motion sensors, low-voltage pushbutton
switches, light sensors and light fi ttings are connected directly to
the Luxstat Dim unit, which can be wall-mounted in the room.
If the Luxstat Dim unit is installed above a suspended ceiling,
it can be connected to an external IR receiver (optional) via an
RJ12 plug so that an IR remote control can be used.
The Luxstat Dim unit can be installed and operated using the
factory settings.
However, for optimal control it is recommended that you adjust
the settings for the Luxstat Dim unit for the room in which it is to
be used (light conditions). This is done via the IR-remote control
unit, type 77-920 (accessory).
Installation
Installation:
The Luxstat DIM unit is designed to be mounted directly on a wall.
Remove the outer cover by loosening the two securing screws
and lift off the cover, see Fig. 1
Connections:
See connection diagram, Fig. 2.
For App. Class see also Fig. 3B
For App. Man and App. Auto see also Fig. 3A and/or Fig. 3B
The Dim output must be installed as a high voltage installation
Glossary
