Troubleshooting
Always perform a reset to see whether it rectifi es the
problem.
Back-up for clock:
If the back-up fails, set the clock function to off. The
unit will then restart
automatically and detect the load type.
Any manually selected load type will be reset.
Temperature overload:
In the event of an overload due to excessive
temperature, reduce output to 40%.
Reduce the load and perform a reset.
Error messages in the display:
The display shows:
Possible cause:
Err0
1. Power is not switched on/connected
Unit running on back-up power.
Err1
1. Excessive load connected.
Err2
1. Overcurrent or surge in dimmer output.
Err3
1. Dimmer short circuited or excessive load
Proposed solution:
1. Connect power supply.
1. Disconnect power supply
2. Reduce connected load
3. Connect power supply and perform a reset.
