1- Hold the fork so that it does not fall and undo the stem clamp nut ②
socket. Put the nut aside.
2- If this is the first assembly withdraw the red plastic part②
3- Insert the bottom part of the stem②
installed. Ensure that you pass the rear brake cable outer through the oblong hole in the stem.
4- Apply 3 drops of normal thread lock (Loctite blue 243 type) to the thread of the nut.
5- Put the nut back and tighten the screw to 55 Nm torque. This operation needs the fork
locked, use a pin wrench (fig.11) that you insert into the holes in the stem used for fixing the bar.
During tightening the key system allows self-alignment of the stem with the fork.
