This appliance can be used with two, three or four stainless steel gastronorm containers 1/6
depth 150 mm depending on the model, sold separately.
This appliance complies with the CE European Directives.
Installation
WORK SURFACE
Choose a clean work surface on which to place this appliance. A minimum distance of 5 cm
should be kept between this and non-heat-resistant surfaces. For optimum user comfort, the
appliance must be located between 85 and 95 cm from the ground.
If this appliance is to be placed very close to a wall, partition, kitchen cabinet, decorative
borders, etc., it is recommended that these be made of a non-combustible material; If this is not
the case, they must be covered with an appropriate material, thermal insulating and non-
combustible, special attention being paid to fire prevention regulations.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
This appliance must be connected to a single-phase 220-240 volt network, a two-pin socket + an
earth contact of 16 amps. It is shipped with a power cable type HO7RNF with 3 conductors
(phase + neutral + earth) of 1.5mm² section.
Use
Never use this appliance without water.
Cleaning with soappy water is recommended before the first use.
To start, pour a volume of water into the container corresponding to the two arrows on the
inner walls. If necessary, you may top-up the water while in use.
Turn on and set the thermostat to the desired temperature based on your ingredients.
