Replace fuse
If any fuse in this unit is loose or defective, the scooter can neither be charged nor opera-
ted. Malfunctions may be fixed by a change or installation of a backup.
• To change the fuse, you must put the device in
the 'off' state using the on / off switch. If the
device is connected via the power supply to the
mains, disconnect it.
• Unscrew the cap labeled 'fuse'. Remove the pos-
sibly defective fuse and insert the spare fuse as
shown. Screw the fuse cap back on with the back-
up fuse in position.
Care and maintenance
To prevent damage and to ensure a long life and full functioning, the following maintenance
must be performed regularly. If you have no prior experience, contact a professional.
External cleaning
• Do NOT use volatile liquids such as insecticide spray to clean the scooter.
• Surfaces may be damaged by applying too much pressure when wiping the surfaces.
• Do NOT spray the device with a water hose.
• Clean the outside of the unit with a soft, damp cloth and lukewarm water or lukewarm
soapy water.
Change brake pads
Regularly check the wear of the brake pads on the front brake. If a braking function is no
longer adequately safe, please install a new brake pad by unscrewing the old brake and a
screwing in a new one at the same position. Suitable brake pads are available at bicycle
stores.
Tighten screws
Check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened.
