Elimination of malfunctions
No picture
• Switch on all devices or connect the transmitter and receiver to the power supply.
• Perform the pairing operation.
• Reduce the distance between transmitter and receiver, change the location, or align the
antennas again.
• Select the correct input on the TV.
• Do not place any devices on the transmitter or receiver, and do not place any of the two
between other devices. That would significantly reduce the wireless range.
• Use high-quality HDMI cables.
• Disconnect the transmitter and receiver from the power supply for a few seconds.
Picture interferences, sound disruptions
• Reduce the distance between transmitter and receiver, and/or change the installation
location.
Playback device does not react to IR remote control
• Position the IR transmitter and IR receiver at another location or align them in a different way.
• The product is not compatible with the IR transmission protocol used by your IR remote
control.
• For test purposes, press and hold the button on your IR remote control longer than usual.
• The range of the IR receiver is approx. 5 m, the acceptance angle is 30° (±15°). If necessary,
align the IR receiver in a different way.
Maintenance and cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the connected devices and unplug the power
adapter from the power outlet.
• There are no components located inside the product you need to maintain. Never open/
dismantle the product.
• Under no circumstances use aggressive cleanings agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical
solutions since these can penetrate the housing or impair functionality.
• To clean the product, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient. Do not apply too much pressure
to the housing as this may cause scratch marks.
• You can easily remove dust using a long-haired, soft and clean brush.
