Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the rubber stoppers which seal the holes behind the spring swings. Drill these holes through until
the cargo area (diameter 10.5 mm). Insert bolts with loose washers through cargo space and apply the
heightened washers through the bottom.
2)
Place towbar with A on earlier mentioned bolts. B against cargo-space floor just before crossbar. C
against bottom crossbeam next to fixation of the exhaust (tube towbar comes above exhaust pipe).
3)
Drill through points B and C (Ø10, 5 mm). Increase point C only in top plate to Ø17, in order to allow a
heightened washer .
4)
Secure all bolts with washers. (*) Mount and tighten everything firmly.
Note: The ball holder – L-piece (model A) is always mounted reversely, otherwise the back door can not

open.

Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
