2. Prescribed Use

The "Clear Water Pump" is designed for private use in amateur gardens.
The product is not designed for the operation of irrigations or irrigation systems in industries or public domains (e.g.
allotments); it is not suitable for professional use.
As conveying liquid, only clean water is authorized (rain water from a cistern, ground water from one's own well).
Never use other liquids (e.g. salt water, gasoline, heating oil or foodstuffs). The temperature of the conveying liquid
must not exceed +35°.
The clear water pump is designed to transfer/evacuate containers (rain water-cisterns), to supply water in the garden
via a house well (ground water) or to pump down water in case of floods (not for foul water).
The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children!
Any use other than the one described above damages the product. Moreover, it involves dangers such as e.g. short-
circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
Please note all safety instructions and installation notes in this manual!

3. Meaning of the Symbols

The flash icon in a triangle is used to alert you of potential personal injury hazards such as electric shock.
This icon with the exclamation mark in a triangle points towards particular dangers associated with the
handling, function or operation.

The "hand" symbol indicates special tips and notes on operation.
