This towing hitch is designed to assembly in following cars:
TOYOTA HILUX Pick up, 4WD, without footboard, produced since
10.1997 till 2004, catalogue no. O51 and is prepared to tow trailers max
total weight 2525 kg and max vertical mass 90 kg.
Thank you for buying our product. Their reliability has been confirmed in
many tests. Reliability of towing hitch depends also on correct assembly and right
operation. For this reasons we kindly ask to read carefully this instruction and
apply to hints.
The towing hitch should be installed in points described by a car producer.

From manufacturer
1. Put side brackets of towbar (pos. 4 and 5) from outside of the car
frame and next fix through holes pos. A and existing, threaded

holes In the frame by bolts M12x1,25x35mm (pos. 12) from
12
accessories.
2. Fix side brackets through cuts pos. B using bolts M10x100mm
(pos. 13), distance sleeves (pos. 8) and big washers (pos. 18) as

show on the figure (to make this operation easier, put the spare
wheel down).

3. Between installed side brackets fit main bar of the towbar (pos. 1),
next fix with brackets by bolts M12x35mm (pos. 11) from
accessories.
4. Fix side ties (pos. 6 and 7) as shown on the figure using bolts
M12x40mm (pos. 10).

5. To installed towbar fix tow-ball (pos. 2) using bolts M16x50mm
(pos. 9) from accessories.

6. Fix socket plate using bolt M10x30mm (pos. 14).
7. Tighten all bolts according to the torque shown in the table.
8. Connect electric wires of 7-poles socket according to the
instruction of the car. (Recommend to make at authorized service

station).
9. Complete paint layer damaged during installation.
M6 - 11 Nm
M12 - 87 Nm
After installation of the towing hitch you should get adequate note in
registration book (at authorised service station).The car should be equipped
with:
• Indicators
• Tow mirrors
Check all bolts and nuts after 1000 km. The ball of the towing hitch must
be always kept clear and conserve with a grease.
The instruction of the assembly
Torque settings for nuts and bolts (8,8):
M8 - 25 Nm
M14 - 138 Nm
NOTE
M10 - 50 Nm
M16 - 210 Nm
