CONNECTING AN OPTIONAl dEvICE
• Place the DVD player on a flat, rigid, and stable surface.
Arrange sufficient space behind, above, and to the
sides (10 cm minimum). Do not obstruct the ventilation
holes.
• Ensure that the player is not connected to the mains
power.
Several connection options are possible:
Audio/video output: connection to the TV audio/video
input.
sCART Tv output: connect to the TV SCART socket.
Note: after turning the player on, make sure the option
"Video output" in the "Video" menu is set to "TV-RGB" in
order to use this connection.
HdmI output: connect this output to the TV HdmI input for
the best possible picture quality.
Peripheral audio connection from external sources.
Connect the optical input to the optical output.
Note:
• With an optical cable (not included).
• PresssOuRCE in the principal unit or DIGITAL in the
remote control to select OPTICAL mode.
