OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Set resistance
Turn the resistance control on the back of the unit to increase or decrease the
resistance.
Replace Battery
Remove the display from the device. On the bottom of the display you will
find the battery compartment. The device requires a type AAA battery.
When inserting the battery, observe the polarity as indicated in the battery
compartment.
Training computer
Start
As soon as you move the pedals, the counter switches on
automatically and starts counting.
Stop
As soon as you stop, (STOP) appears for about 4 seconds on
the lower left side of the display. The display switches off
after a few minutes.
Reset
To reset, press and hold the button for 3 seconds
Select
Press the button to switch between the functions. The
function arrow (^) indicates the currently selected function.
Scan
Once (SCAN) is shown on the display, the display will
alternate every 5 seconds between steps/minutes and the
calories burned at that frequency.
T = Time
D = Distance
C = Counter
T-C = Steps/minute
CA = Calories
