SCOPE OF DELIVERY

Besides the device itself, the box contains the two pedals/handles, screws,
washers, an Allen key and an open-end wrench for assembly:

ASSEMBLY

• Attach the front and rear stands with the screws and washers. Use the
Allen wrench
• Attach the pedals/handles with the supplied wrench. Note the L and R
markings for left and right.
Mounting the pedals/hand grips
Place the device on a table or other raised flat surface so that you can
exercise comfortably.
