In case of prolonged stop, at temperatures below 0⁰ C (zero degrees Celsius), it is

advisable to completely empty the machine, otherwise damage or cracks may
occur in the boiler and tubing.
Do not install the machine in an area were pressured water may be used.

Install the machine horizontally.

Install the machine in locations where its use and maintenance is restricted to

trained personnel.
This machine is prepared to work with maximum water pressure of 0,6 MPa (6

bar) and minimum water pressure of 0,1 MPa (1 bar).
Never use the machine without water.

Do not wash the machine with pressurized water.

Clean the machine after a work day, using neutral detergent and water.

NEVER use alcohol or ammonia based detergents.

Keep water as clean as possible, using filters and water purifiers.

This machine must not be installed in kitchens or on the outside.

2.2 INTENDED USE/RESPONSIBILITIES
This espresso coffee machine is an equipment made for distribution of
steam/hot water for the professional preparation of coffee based beverages or
to obtain hot water and/or steam.
Its components, made in non-toxic and long lasting materials, are easily
accessible for an appropriate cleaning and maintenance.
The user/installer must respect safety regulation that is in place in the country
were the equipment is installed, besides the general rules, and make sure that
the periodic maintenance operations are done correctly and timely.
The installer technician responsible for setting up the equipment, the user and
the technician responsible for the maintenance, have the duty to inform the
