Insert the accessories-holding shaft (8) in the
container (7).
•
Cut the citrus in half.
•
Position the cone (14a) onto the accessories
shaft (8).
•
Do not excessively press on the squeezing
cone with the citrus in order to avoid over-
heatings.
•
For the same reason, avoid making the appli-
ance work for more than 3 consecutive min-
utes. If necessary, interpose pauses of a few
minutes between the functioning periods in
order to let the motor cool down.
•
To stop the appliance move the switch (16) back on "0".
• Before performing any cleaning operation, ALWAYS
disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
• Turn off the appliance (OFF: switch handle on "0")
before getting closer to the parts moving during
functioning.
Use a wet cloth and avoid using detergents or abrasive materials to clean the mo-

tor base (1).
To clean all of the components, with the exception of the motor base (1), you can
•
use hot water and normal dishwasher detergents. Avoid using detergents or abra-
sive materials.
•
The colouring that the appliance parts could take when in contact with foods (ex. or-
ange, when processing carrots), can be removed by using a cloth soaked in cooking oil.
• Never submerge the motor base (1) in water or other liquids.
• The blades (3, 9, 11a, 11b, 11c) are sharp, handle them very carefully.
• Before reconnecting the power plug in the outlet make sure that the
appliance and all of its components are completely dry and correctly
assembled.
