The processing degree depends on the functioning time.
•
When processing foods such as onions, garlics, etc., with the stainless steel blade,
use the minimum speed or the "PULSE" function to avoid beating them to a pulp.
•
The greater the processing time, the better the finishing level.
•
The smaller the processed food pieces (max 3 cm), the better the result quality.
•
When working hard foods like soya beans, etc, let them to "soak" in water or in other
liquids before using them.
•
Adding some liquid (milk, broth, fruit juice, etc.) will ease processing.
•
If the obtained result is not satisfying:
-

dough with the spatula, then reprocess everything;
-
split the dough in multiple portions and process them singularly;
-
add some liquid (milk, broth, fruit juice, etc.) to ease processing.
•
Press foods in the cover (12) duct using the tamper (13).
Do not use fingers or other tools (fork, etc.).
•
If, after a prolonged use, the results are not satisfying anymore, proceed with the
replacement of the blade (or of the used tool).
•
Make sure that the plug is connected to the outlet and that the starting switch (16)
is on "0" position (off ).
