TO USE THE WHISK
You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites, cream, instant desserts, and eggs and sugar for whisked
sponges.
Don't whisk heavier mixtures such as margarine and sugar, you'll damage the whisk.
Don't whisk more than 4 egg whites or 400ml (0.75pt) cream.
Don't let liquid get above the whisk wires.

Fit the power handle inside the whisk collar, turn and lock.

Place your food in a bowl.

Plug in. To avoid splashing, start on lower speed, move the whisk clockwise.

After use, unplug and dismantle.
CLEANING

Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.

Do not touch the sharp blades.
3.
Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and infirm. Always ensure that the hand
blender shaft is thoroughly sterilized. Use a sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing solution in
manufacturers' instructions.

Some foods, eg. Carrot may discolor the plastic. Rubbing with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil helps remove
discoloring.
5.
Clean the wire whisk, chopper bowl and chopper blade in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. They
can also be cleaned in a dishwasher.
6.
Wipe the power handle and the other accessories with a damp cloth.
