INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT TO WEAR WHILE OPERATING THE HYDRAULIC PRESS
Failure to observe the following warnings may result in physical injury and/or disease.
ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY FOOTWEAR WITH PROTECTIVE TOE CAPS
ALWAYS WEAR EYE PROTECTION
ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES
The above-mentioned personal protective equipment refers to the use of the press
in normal work environments. If any hazardous situations are shown following specific
surveys, it must be supplemented with such equipment as described in the risk assessment
document, in compliance with current standards concerning safety in the workplace.
LIFTING AND HANDLING
The press must be handled and positioned with either lift trucks or workshop cranes supporting the
weight stated in "Technical Data":
ASSEMBLY
The press must be installed in a closed environment, keeping the required safety distances from the
walls, columns and other machines (min. 600 mm).
Lighting must comply with the standards and regulations applicable in the place of installation (under
the responsibility of the lighting installer).
The press must be fixed to a flat floor of suitable load bearing capacity (see weight in "Technical Data")
by means of dowels 12 mm in diameter (Fischer FZA M12x40 or equivalent dowels).
The press is supplied without oil. Before using it, the tank must be filled with oil as described in the
"Technical data" table.
